Call-level details — such as the tracking number called, duration, caller's number, and call recordings where applicable — are processed to verify and bill qualified calls. You'll be told when a call may be recorded where required by law.

If you submit a form or book an appointment, you may receive text messages and calls from us or from the client you inquired with — for example, to confirm your details, remind you of an appointment, or follow up on your request.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. You can also tell us not to call you by emailing us or asking the caller to remove your number.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights & Choices

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, including for residents of Texas and other states with consumer-privacy laws.
